Complimentary express delivery on every order. Place your order before 5pm (Mon–Fri) to receive it within 2 working days.

Pickup

Curbside High Elms — FREE. Pickup is available the following Sunday at 12pm or 2pm. Please arrive 10 minutes before your selected time and bring your confirmation email with you.

Exchanges
You can exchange your order within 30 days. Simply email us at info@theworldofnalu.com with your order number as the subject line, letting us know the reason for the exchange and the item you’d like instead. We’ll reply with clear instructions for a stress-free exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, with all tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, email us at info@theworldofnalu.com with your order number as the subject line and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.

All items must be unworn, with tags intact and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected, and issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
