You can opt for our signature Nalu gift box packaging for an unboxing experience. Every item wrapped in tissue paper and put into our signature gloss white NALU box, carefully knotted with luxe black ribbon around it. This is an additional cost of £5 which you can add during checkout.

Pickup
[For TLC members ONLY] Curbside High Elms FREE - Pickup will be on the following Sunday at 12pm or 2pm. Please arrive 10 mins before pickup time and bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Exchanges
You can exchange your order within 30 days. We’ll reply with clear instructions for a stress-free exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, with all tags intact, and returned in their original packaging.

We offer free UK returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, email us at info@theworldofnalu.com with your order number as the subject line and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.
